A GLIMPSE AT THE 2005 SEASON (for 2006: click here)

Sat 5th February
2005

Douglas Butler chaired his final AGM at the Wheatsheaf, Perry, to end his third season as Fleet Captain.

14 sat down for a hugely enjoyable evening.

Apologies were read out from Andrew York, our overseas committee representative in Bermuda.

Nearly £80 was raised in the raffle for Sailability, our adopted charity

Above: scenes from the AGM
The Fleet Captain's report, illustrated with images from the web site (much to the entertainment of the other diners!).

Especially enjoyed were pictures from the game of Wayfarer Rounders on the Family Fun Day.

Left: Raffle prizes to the fore, which raised funds for GW Sailability, who operate on Thursday afternoons at the Grafham Sailing Centre.
